Personal data administrator

The administrator of personal data Jiřina Sborníková, apartment Janáčkovo nábřeží 31, 150 00 Prague 5, (hereinafter referred to as the “administrator”), declares that all personal data processed by the administrator are strictly confidential. The administrator shall handle them in accordance with national and European Union law in the field of personal data protection.

The administrator collects, stores and uses your personal data according to Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Processing Act), resp. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (“GDPR Regulation”). The individual purposes for which the administrator processes personal data are further defined.

The administrator also collects this personal data through its website at https://apartmandalia.cz/ (hereinafter referred to as the “website”).

This privacy policy is issued by the administrator so that you are sufficiently informed about what personal data your administrator processes, for what purpose, for how long, who will have access to your personal data and what your rights are. This policy applies to all personal data collected by the administrator, whether collected for the purpose of fulfilling a contractual relationship, a legal obligation, a legitimate interest, or consent given.

Reason for processing personal data

The reason for the processing of personal data is the legal obligation to prove business activities in the field of providing accommodation services according to the relevant laws.

Based on the accommodation order, we process the personal data listed below.
Personal data processed in the ubyport system is not our main business activity. We collect and process them only for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation.

As this is a legal obligation, the customer may not be required to consent to the processing of this personal data. The customer is demonstrably informed of this fact by an amendment to the accommodation regulations.

This concerns the following personal data:

  • Surname and name
  • birthdate
  • permanent address
  • nationality
  • ID card or travel document number
  • visa
  • purpose of stay
  • start and end date of the stay

Information: the credit card number is kept only until the end of the guest’s stay.

Other data necessary for protection and communication with the guest (customer) are stored only until the end of the stay or if the guest’s permission has been given exclusively for marketing purposes without passing it on to a third party.

  • telephone
  • e-mail
  • vehicle registration number
  • invoicing data and invoiced items (the data is kept until the period for meeting the tax obligation)

Data storage and security

Hand-held paper records of personal data are stored in lockers, safes, to which only an authorized, trained person has access.

The data is stored in the database system of the administrator’s computer.

Access of each specific authorized user to the database system (with the right to record and change data at the appropriate level) is protected by a password.

The authorized user may not disclose his password to a third party.

The appointed personal data administrator is responsible for setting, assigning and deleting access passwords.

At the moment of requesting accommodation, the data necessary for communication with the guest are stored in the computer. If the request is not fulfilled, its data is deleted from the computer system by an authorized employee (processor).

The data is stored on

The data is stored on the cloud storage of EBOLA Czech s.r.o. on a secure server. Access is provided only under a unique password for individual users. The server is managed by the administrator Ing. Martin Petřík.

Time of storage of personal data

Data are stored in the system for 6 years as a legal obligation. After this time, the above data is deleted from the system.

Data transmission

In no case is the stored data passed on and resold to other persons or organizations.

Persons processing personal data

The administrator is responsible for the way personal data is processed on the computer. The administrator is also a person who communicates with the competent authorities controlling the protection of personal data. The administrator is responsible for reporting any incidents of personal data breaches.

Third parties also have access to personal data, which provides support services to ensure the operation of the Apartment Dalia website, analysis of statistics or which take care of advertising activities promoting accommodation in the Dalia Apartment. These persons are contractually obliged by the administrator to handle personal data only for these purposes and their conduct is subject to the GDPR regulation.

Rights of the data subject

As a data subject, you have the rights that arise for you under the law and that you can exercise at any time. It is about:

  • the right to access personal data, according to which you have the right to obtain information from the administrator on whether the administrator processes your personal data. The administrator is obliged to provide you with this information without undue delay. The content of the information is determined by the provisions of Article 15 of the GDPR Regulation. The administrator shall have the right to demand an appropriate fee for the provision of information, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information;
    the right to rectification or erasure of personal data, or restrictions on processing, according to which you have the right to have personal data that are inaccurate or incorrect corrected. If your personal data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected or is processed illegally, you have the right to request its deletion. If you do not want to request the deletion of personal data, but only temporarily restrict their processing, you can request a processing restriction;
  • the right to request an explanation if you suspect that the processing of personal data by the administrator is contrary to law;
    the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection in case of doubts about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data;
  • the right to data portability, ie the right to obtain personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the administrator, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, for more details see. Article 20 of the GDPR;
  • the right to object to the processing of personal data which are processed for the purpose of performing a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority or for the purpose of protecting the legitimate interests of the administrator. The administrator shall terminate the processing without undue delay unless it proves that there is a legitimate interest / reason for the processing which outweighs your interest, rights or freedoms;
  • the right to revoke the consent to the processing of personal data at any time, if you have given the administrator consent to the processing of personal data.

Transfer to third countries

Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
