The four-storey Neo-Renaissance house from 1890, where the ground floor apartment is located, was designed by the Czech architect Jan Zeyer.

The facade of the house is decorated with beautiful paintings depicting Princess Libuše, who foretold an unprecedented glory to Prague. Sparate portraits are dedicated to St. Ludmila, Princess Drahomíra and queens Přemyslovna and Johana of Rožmitál.

The luxury apartment has undergone a high-end renovation, which sought to preserve and restore the original beauty.
